Solutions Employment and Training is the training arm of Focus to Work CIC. Solutions, on behalf of Focus to Work delivers a range of training and employment opportunities through contracts with the Learning and Skills Council, Job Centre Plus, GOSE and others. Programmes include:

• Inclusive Pathways
• Better in Work
• Headstart for Ex-offenders
• Social Enterprise in Kent
• Neighbourhood Learning in Deprived Communities

We offer a range of individually tailored programmes of training and work experience to enable those disadvantaged in the labour market to gain and maintain employment.

Solutions can offer a range of bespoke training packages to businesses, including:

• First aid
• Health and safety
• Foundation Certificate in Food Hygiene
• Team building
• Diversity and equal opportunities
