All of our enterprises operate on a commercial basis to give trainees real life work experience and a clear understanding of the requirements of employers. Our chosen sectors reflect the opportunities that exist within the local labour markets to ensure that we are not displacing existing businesses or restricting potential move on opportunities for our staff.
