Focus to Work recognises that the achievement of qualifications can significantly enhance an individual’s employment opportunities and potential earning capacity.

Accredited training opportunities are offered to all individuals after a comprehensive initial assessment. Solutions Employment and Training, our own training company, offers a range of courses that assist and prepare individuals for work.

Focus to Work is an approved provider to the Learning and Skills Council and registered with the National Open College Network.

To increase the opportunities available Focus to Work has developed a range of strategic partnerships with other organisations that deliver education and training.
