Core Values > Mentoring & Aftercare

All individuals will be assigned a mentor who will stay with them through their journey, both within our company and beyond. The mentor will oversee the delivery of the individual learning plan, progression into work experience, intermediary labour markets, supported and open employment. Support from the mentor continues beyond their experience with ourselves and a supported employment package is designed on exit to ensure that any gained employment is maintained and any difficulties arising addressed satisfactorily.

We aim to train a number of employees so that they will develop into mentors for future users of our service.
